On October 7, Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan met with US Senator Steve Daines (Republican).
During the meeting, issues related to the bilateral agenda of the RA-US and prospects for developing a strategic partnership were discussed.
The interlocutors also discussed the trilateral meeting held in Washington on August 8 and the signed documents, as well as the new opportunities for interregional cooperation that the implementation of the TRIPP program has created.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan expressed gratitude to Senator Daines for his support in establishing peace in the South Caucasus.
