“From January 1, 2026, we will review the refund limits. Instead of the current 12%, we will set 20%, which will increase pensions by an average of 3,000-3,500 drams,” said Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan.
He emphasized that the refund system enables all beneficiaries to increase their pensions and benefits independently, and also contributes to the reduction of the shadow economy in the republic. “The average refund at 12% is 4,100 drams, and citizens who receive a refund can independently increase their pensions and benefits by making non-cash transactions.”
