The US Embassy in Armenia issued a statement, which reads:
“Due to the non-approval of the US budget, there will be no new posts on our Facebook page until we are fully operational. The exception will be urgent posts related to safety and security.
In the absence of an approved budget, passport and visa services will continue at US embassies and consulates in the United States as long as the situation allows.
This page will be updated once we are fully operational. Until then, only posts related to safety and security will be published. Information about our services and operational status can be found on the travel.state.gov website.”
