MP from the National Assembly of Armenia, the Communist Party of Armenia, Sisak Gabrielyan, wrote on his social media page:
"Finally, Armenia will have its first ultra-modern stadium.
Following today's government decision, the current champion of Armenia, the "Noah" football club, which is acquiring an area of approximately 23 hectares, will construct a 4th-class, ultra-modern stadium in the Armavir region, accommodating around 15,000 spectators, in accordance with UEFA standards.
This project, worth several tens of millions of dollars, in addition to the stadium, will also include:
- a high-class hotel complex
- an indoor stadium
- a comprehensive school
- a sports gym
- a swimming pool
- a night dormitory
- a football academy
- 4-6 natural and artificial grass stadiums.
The "Noah" club has been making considerable investments in Armenian club football in recent years, and is already preparing to open the doors of the sports complex intended for the first team this year.
