"When we decide that we want to transport weapons through the territory of Nakhichevan to Meghri and vice versa, we will open negotiations on that topic," the Prime Minister said at the briefing, addressing the question of whether Azerbaijan will be able to transport weapons and ammunition through the "Trump route", as well as to move troops through Nakhichevan.
According to the Prime Minister, any issue related to the opening of territorial communications and the "Trump route" should be considered within the framework of the five principles.
