Some companies are making strategic investments in Armenia. Minister of HTI
RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan today participated in the solemn ceremony of signing a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of BTA and Cisco International Limited.
"In my speech, I emphasized that the activities of any technology company operating in Armenia are essential for the state, but the fact that some companies also make strategic investments in human capital development programs in our country, aimed at developing professional potential, promoting education and innovation, deserves special appreciation.
With the memorandum, we provide new opportunities for pupils and students to have access to modern technological educational programs, from cybersecurity to network automation.
The introduction of this academic initiative into the Armenian education system will contribute to the development of technological skills of the younger generation and the advancement of the country's digital transformation process," the minister wrote.
