Job seekers have the opportunity to register online and receive several services related to professional orientation, job placement, and employment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia informs.
The registration process is carried out through the e-work. An online platform provides a self-service manner, after which the job seeker can receive the necessary services from the Unified Social Service Regional Center.
Employers can also register on the platform, which will enable them to participate in state employment programs and fill existing vacancies. Thus, the job seeker can find a job, and the employer can fill the vacant position.
The platform identifies both job seekers and employers through the interoperability of various databases. With the consent of the person or employer, access to already existing information about them will also be ensured to the specialist of the regional center.
