Within the framework of the Embassy Conference in Kapan, on August 27, issues related to the organization of the RA diplomatic service, including legal, financial, administrative, and consular matters, were discussed. Special attention was paid to initiatives aimed at improving and modernizing the diplomatic service.
Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs David Karapetyan presented a report on the work carried out since the previous Embassy Conference in 2024, as well as upcoming activities. Minister Mirzoyan discussed the reforms implemented and those planned to improve the diplomatic service.
Among other initiatives, the proposed amendments to the Law “On Diplomatic Service” and other regulations were discussed.
