The Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs accepts applications for obtaining RA citizenship from persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh at more than 40 addresses of the Service:
- in all departments in the regions,
- in the department operating at Zakyan 3 in Yerevan,
- at the Service’s head office,
- as well as at the MIA service offices in a mobile format.
WE INFORM
From September 1, 2025, persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and granted temporary protection are exempted from paying state duty as a result of the amendments made to the RA Law “On State Duty” on January 22, 2025.
