Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of the established peace

The RA Foreign Ministry reports that the embassy's work in Kapan continued with a discussion with Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

Minister Mirzoyan referred to the agreements reached as a result of the meetings held in Washington on August 8.

Referring to the Armenia-Azerbaijan preliminary agreement, Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of established peace for Armenia and the region, presented the RA foreign policy vision in this new reality, the new opportunities that have emerged, and the work to be carried out to implement them.

Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the continuous implementation of the peace agenda in the region and the provision of a stable, secure, and prosperous environment for the citizens of the Republic of Armenia are the primary goals of the RA Government, including the diplomatic service.

Ararat Mirzoyan touched upon the opportunities provided by the unblocking of regional communications, the efforts aimed at ensuring the effective inclusion of Armenia in the expanding network of international channels, and the upcoming work towards the implementation of the trilateral declaration signed in Washington for this purpose.

Noting the successes achieved, thoughts were exchanged on the ongoing work in various directions, including the further development of strategic partnerships.
