There is evidence that some people are being held captive after the gasoline explosion. Artak Beglaryan

Former NKR State Minister Artak Beglaryan addressed the issue of missing persons after the explosion of a gasoline depot.

"According to relatives, the number of missing persons is 23. The families have presented various evidence that at least some of these people were at some point captives on the Azerbaijani side, and this information has been transferred to the authorized bodies, including the National Security Service," said Artak Beglaryan during today's action.

According to him, in addition to the missing persons, some families demand the exhumation of their deceased relatives. "The mentioned persons were buried in Artsakh as a result of the military operations of September 19-25, 2023, but the location of the graves is not fully known. "Families have expressed concerns that the graves may be lost or the bodies may remain in limbo," he said, emphasizing that the Azerbaijani side has repeatedly promised to provide conditions for the exhumation process, even though agreements were reached for a few days, but later they were violated.

Beglaryan emphasizes that this situation raises concerns for those families who still do not have confidence that the memory of their relatives will be preserved. The bodies will be handed over to them promptly.
