Slovakia and Hungary receive oil again through the Druzhba pipeline

Slovakia is once again receiving oil via the Druzhba pipeline after problems with the pipeline caused by shelling by the Ukrainian army, the Slovak Ministry of Economy announced. The ministry did not provide details.

Hungary also announced the resumption of oil supplies via the Druzhba pipeline on the same evening. The country's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations, Péter Szijjártó, thanked the First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Pavel Sorokin, and expressed hope that Ukraine would be spared from further attacks on the pipeline. "This is not our war," Szijjártó stressed.
