Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan wrote on his social media page:
“There will be peace.
There will be no war.
There will be a lifting of the blockade.
There will be economic strengthening.
Transport links will be opened.
Armenia will be part of the tremendous global trade route.
And all this will be with complete preservation of the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia and based on the principle of reciprocity.”
