The RA Ministry of Defense reports that on August 4, at around 1:10 p.m., Azerbaijani Armed Forces units opened fire on an excavator carrying out construction work on inter-position roads 4,500 meters northeast of the Verishen settlement in Syunik region.
There were no casualties.
We call on the Azerbaijani side to investigate the shooting and provide public explanations.
