As part of preparations for participation in international peacekeeping missions, the Armenian-American joint military exercise "EAGLE PARTNER-2025" will be held in the Republic of Armenia from August 12-20.
The RA Ministry of Defense reported this.
The exercise will involve service members from the RA Armed Forces Peacekeeping Brigade, the US Army in Europe and Africa, and the Kansas National Guard.
The exercise involves the preparation and implementation of peacekeeping tasks, with an emphasis on medical evacuation procedures.
The exercise aims to enhance the interoperability of units participating in international peacekeeping missions, facilitate the exchange of best practices in management and tactical communication, and increase the readiness of the RA Armed Forces peacekeeping unit.
Within the framework of preparation for peacekeeping missions, units preparing for international peacekeeping operations regularly participate in similar joint military exercises and training in partner countries.
