On July 31, at 00:13 local time (July 30, at 20:13 GMT), the seismological network of the Seismic Protection Territorial Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.2 at a depth of 10 km in the Republic of Azerbaijan, at geographical coordinates of 40.17⁰ north latitude and 46.15⁰ east longitude.
The intensity of the tremor in the epicenter zone was 4 points.
The earthquake was felt in the city of Vardenis, Gegharkunik region, as well as in the villages of Sotk and Kut, with a magnitude of 3. The magnitude of the earthquake at the epicenter was 4 points.
