The "Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center" reports:
"Due to the penetration of a tropical warm air wave from the south, on July 28-31, August 1-2, a high thermal background is expected in the Ararat Valley, the foothills of Vayots Dzor, the Syunik valley zone, and Yerevan. Between 16:00 and 17:00, the daytime temperature will be +38 to +40 degrees.
A high-level fire hazard situation is also expected in the mentioned areas, as well as in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, in the next 5 days."
