Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the dozens of victims of the An-24 plane crash. The telegram reads:
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, please accept my sincere condolences on the tragic death of passengers of the Angara Airlines An-24 civil plane operating the Khabarovsk-Blagoveshchensk-Tynda flight.
I want to express my sincere condolences and support to the families who lost their loved ones in the plane crash."
