The company has stated the disruptions in the ARCA (Armenian Card) system.
"Today, July 23, 2025, from 10:10 am, the regular operation of the Arca payment system was disrupted due to technical problems, as a result of which it was not possible to perform some card transactions.
As of 12:45, system operation has been restored, and the problem is currently only present in bank applications and card-to-card transfers.
Our technical team is working at full capacity to restart the system's regular operation as soon as possible and restore uninterrupted access to all services.
