The “Republic” faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders has issued a statement:
“We inform you that Artak Zeynalyan, a member of the Republic faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders, has resigned from his council mandate.
We thank Mr. Zeynalyan for his joint work, principled positions, and contribution to the municipality and the Republic faction. We wish him practical work and new achievements in his future activities to benefit the Republic of Armenia and our citizens.”
It should be noted that Artak Zeynalyan has been nominated as a candidate to judge the Constitutional Court. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed the decision.
