Gunfire is heard occasionally at night, Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan said in a conversation with reporters at the National Assembly.
According to him, the shootings are short-lived. “There are no damages. According to the latest information, there has been no shooting in the direction of settlements,” the governor said.
According to the governor, these shots will not interfere with agricultural work since they are not during the day.
When asked whether residents believe in the peace agenda against the backdrop of these shots, the governor responded: “Against the backdrop of the shots, people believe more and hope that there will be peace.”
