Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan has addressed the Azerbaijani shooting on the border. He noted that the ministry has issued a statement and is seeking clarification from Azerbaijan regarding the incident.
“We are seeking clarification, but they have refused to say that it was them,” he said at a briefing with reporters.
