The U.S. Embassy in Armenia announces that starting May 30, it will launch a new online system for scheduling interviews and submitting required documents for immigration and nonimmigrant visa applications.
The previously used system for scheduling interviews has been deactivated. The website is available in read-only mode, so it is no longer possible to:
• Schedule an interview,
• Create a proxy for courier service
• Submit a no-show request
• Request an earlier interview date.
The new system will launch on May 30. Instructions to be published on May 30 will help you migrate your account to the new system.
Important information:
If you have a scheduled interview, please report to your interview as usual.
Until May 29, you can submit your documents via the UMAKS courier service (without a power of attorney for using the courier service) by presenting your passport and a copy of your passport.
You can authorize a third party to deliver and collect your documents/passport by providing them with a signed power of attorney containing the person’s full name and a copy of your passport.
Did you submit your DS-160 late and miss your interview? Register after May 30 to request a “no-show” in the new online system to schedule an interview and submit the required documents.
