They left for Germany in the context of constitutional reforms

The Armenian delegation, coordinated by the Ministry of Justice, participated in a study visit to the Federal Republic of Germany at the "Resilient Constitutional Reform" event. The participation provided an opportunity to exchange experiences on strengthening the rule of law and democratic and legal state structures in the context of constitutional reforms in the Republic of Armenia.

Within the framework of the visit, several meetings and discussions were held with the competent state bodies of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the Constitutional Court, the Bundestag, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice, representatives of various organizations and institutions related to the field, as well as sector experts and representatives of the academic field. During the meetings, the principle of separation of powers, the scope of powers of the Constitutional Court, the procedure for selecting judges, issues of application of the Constitution and international treaties, provisions not subject to amendment provided for by the Constitution, the scope of human rights, as well as several issues related to constitutional reforms, including RA-EU cooperation, were discussed. As a result of the meetings, bilateral agreements were reached, and possible directions of cooperation were outlined. The study visit was carried out with the support of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Armenia.

The delegation also included a deputy of the National Assembly, representatives of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Office of the Representative for International Legal Affairs, the Human Rights Defender's Staff, and public organizations included in the Constitutional Reform Council.
