Representatives of the internationally recognized French company Mistral AI in artificial intelligence (AI) have arrived in Armenia at the invitation of the RA Ministry of BTA.

At the initiative of the First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Gevorg Mantashyan, a breakfast meeting was held with the participation of representatives of Mistral AI and the heads of Armenian technology companies. During the meeting, a number of joint initiatives and cooperation opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence were discussed.

Then, a workshop on "Artificial Intelligence for the Transformation of Public Administration" was held with the participation of representatives of the Mistral AI company. High-ranking officials of RA state departments and other sector representatives also attended the workshop.

The meeting addressed global AI trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation, governance, security, and economic development; studies of the experience of leading governments based on AI; the impact of AI on government activities and civil services, detection of fraud, procurement, and financial transaction anomalies in the public sector through the use of artificial intelligence, innovative management and data analysis with AI mechanisms, mechanisms for supporting and improving justice, health, and social services using AI, as well as several other issues related to the topic, including priority initiatives for the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) proposed for the Republic of Armenia.
