Levon Azizyan, Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center SNCO, writes on his Facebook page:

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has updated its global seasonal forecast for May-June-July 2025.

January-March 2025 - Ocean surface temperatures remained above normal in most regions, except for the equatorial central part of the Pacific Ocean.

In the equatorial part of the Atlantic Ocean, water surface temperatures will remain slightly above normal in the northern and southern regions.
