Team Telecom Armenia has received an international quality management certificate
Team Telecom Armenia has been awarded the prestigious international ISO 9001:2015 certificate for ensuring high standards in quality management. European Cert International, an internationally recognized certification company, received this certificate.
ISO 9001:2015 testifies that Team Telecom Armenia, committed to providing high-quality services, is constantly working to improve and increase the efficiency of telecommunications sector processes, strengthen market trust, and expand cooperation with international partners.
“This is another team achievement for us. Being a progressive Armenian company, we aim to set new benchmarks due to our daily work, making the Armenian telecommunications sector more competitive and in line with prestigious international standards. We will continue improving quality management systems, emphasizing customer and partner satisfaction and providing high-quality services,” notes Hayk Yesayan, General Director of Team Telecom Armenia.
Let us add that the company was also awarded the ISO 27001:2013 certificate, confirming the high level of data protection. In 2024, the company successfully renewed the certification, receiving ISO 27001:2022, which confirms compliance with modern information security standards. The team continues to provide reliable data protection for customers and partners.
