The statement of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense does not correspond to reality
The statement of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense that on April 9, between 19:25 and 19:35, the RA Armed Forces opened fire on Azerbaijani positions located in the southeastern part of the border zone does not correspond to reality.
It should be recalled that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia's staff proposed creating a joint Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations and/or information about them, to which Azerbaijan has not responded.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reaffirms that, by the position of the RA Prime Minister's staff, it is ready to investigate the facts substantiating the statement of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, provided that they are transferred to the RA.
