Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has arrived in Armenia on a working visit. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Irakli Kobakhidze held a private government meeting.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia thanked Irakli Kobakhidze for accepting the invitation to attend the match between the national football teams of Armenia and Georgia, which will be held in Yerevan today. The two countries' Prime Ministers expressed confidence that the match aroused great interest among the fans. They noted that such games further strengthened the centuries-old ties between the Armenian and Georgian peoples.
During the private meeting, the agenda of Armenia-Georgia relations was discussed. Prime Minister Pashinyan informed Irakli Kobakhidze about the agreement on the "Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan" and the completion of negotiations on the agreement on the draft text.
