The Embassy of Armenia in Georgia reports that on February 14, Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili received Armenian Ambassador Ashot Smbatyan at the Orbeliani Palace.
The Ambassador congratulated M. Kavelashvili on his election as Georgia's president and expressed confidence that, during his term, relations between the Republic of Armenia and Georgia will continue to develop in accordance with the spirit of strategic partnership.
During the meeting, the interlocutors also touched upon several issues on the regional and international agenda.
