Srbuhi Galyan highlighted the Ministry's participation in developing the new Armenia-UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for 2026-2030.
The meeting discussed several sectoral issues arising from the Ministry of Justice's strategies and priorities for 2025. Particular attention was paid to cooperation: protection of human rights, implementation of constitutional reforms, capacity development in the penitentiary and probation sectors, and reforms in the judicial and anti-corruption sectors. It was proposed that programs aimed at judicial and legal reforms be implemented and a joint agenda aimed at the continuous development of anti-corruption bodies be developed.
The UN's continued support for juvenile justice reforms was also discussed. Within the cooperation framework, an agreement was reached on implementing the expected joint programs.
