Arusyak Julhakyan, a National Assembly of the People's Party of Armenia (NAPA) member, announced on her social media page that she has been elected Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
"The PACE recently approved my candidacy for the Vice-President of the Assembly position. I am grateful to the Armenian delegation to the PACE for nominating me," she wrote.
