In response to Radar Armenia's question, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan mentioned cooperating with the military departments of Western or other countries regarding the officers' experience.
"We are doing important work with our international partners to get the opportunity to raise the educational level of our Armed Forces officers," he said. According to Papikyan, there are agreements, but there is also a language problem, which the Armed Forces are developing and implementing programs to overcome.
According to him, this implies that the officer who has to go for training or education will have the opportunity to learn the language of the given country in his homeland for about one year before leaving.
