According to the executive decision, the historical and cultural reserve "Tapi Berd" will be created. This monument of Republican significance is included in the state list. According to the rationale, the creation of the reserves will contribute to tourism development and increase the number of tourists.
With the creation of the reserves, an opportunity will be created to carry out educational, scientific, and cultural activities; besides, as a result of the creation of the reserve, infrastructures will be created, the area will be improved, a ticket office will be installed, a permanent guard will work, lighting will be carried out.
The reserve's creation will allow the community's population to sell their souvenir products and receive additional income.
In addition, most monuments are not included in the tourist routes; therefore, in the case of the creation of reserves, popularization works are being carried out, and they will be included in the tourist routes. For the sustainable development of cultural tourism and continuous assurance of the quality of the tourist results, it is necessary to create and develop infrastructures serving the sector, which will become new destinations.
