President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Prince Albert II of Monaco on the occasion of the National Day.
"Armenia attaches great importance to the expansion of cooperation with Monaco, both bilaterally and within the framework of international organizations," President Khachaturyan's address states explicitly.
