Armenia will participate in a separate pavilion at the Spielberg Christmas Fair in Vienna, the capital of Austria, to popularize its cultural heritage internationally and increase the country's recognition.
The project is being implemented at the Ministry's initiative in cooperation with the Culture Development Fund and the Hovhannes Sharambeyan Museum of Folk Arts SNOC.
The Armenian Pavilion will showcase the handicrafts of around 40 artisans, including carpets, pottery, doll-making, and souvenirs. The Spittelberg Christmas Fair has been a long-standing tradition in one of Vienna's historic districts since the 1970s.
Armenia's first Christmas fair participation occurred in Strasbourg in 2023.
