There will be materials about the victims of "October 27" in the NA Museum

After the completion of the works to expand the territory of the National Assembly Museum, materials related to the victims of the terrorist attack of October 27, 1999, will be presented there. The parliament informed in response to Radar Armenia's inquiry.

To the question of why there is no mention of the terrorism committed against the state on October 27, 1999, in the National Assembly museum, the National Assembly answered that the museum's area is small and does not allow the display of many materials.

"The territory of the RA National Assembly Museum is small and does not allow the display of a number of materials. At the moment, work is underway to expand the museum area. After the completion of the works, materials related to the victims of the terrorist attack of October 27, 1999, will be presented in the museum," said the answer.

It should be noted that the NA Museum was founded in 2018.

To remind, the widow of one of the victims of October 27, Yuri Bakhshyan, former MP Anahit Bakhshyan, addressed this issue on her Facebook page and wrote: "In 2018, a museum of the National Assembly was founded in the National Assembly, where there are no facts about the tragedy that took place there on October 27, 1999, against our statehood. What kind of assessment can be given to this fact?"
