ICRC visited the persons detained in Baku in October. Zara Amatuni, head of communication of the ICRC delegation in Armenia, told Radar Armenia about this.
"Everyone was allowed to contact family members," she said.
It should be noted that the office of the RA representative on international legal issues reports that there are a total of 23 confirmed prisoners, of which 8 are high-ranking officials, 10 service members, and 5 civilians.
