Vache Terteryan highlighted the process of decentralization of community powers
RA Deputy Minister of ICT Vache Terteryan received the delegation headed by Philippe De Lenner, head of the assessment mission team (SDC) of the Swiss Cooperation Office in the South Caucasus.
The deputy minister welcomed the guests and thanked them for decades of cooperation. The deputy minister highly appreciated the substantive support provided in various programs and emphasized that the Swiss Cooperation Office (SDC) has always supported the establishment of democracy in Armenia.
Speaking about the enlargement of communities in RA, the work being done to develop them, and the existing problems, Vache Terteryan highlighted the process of decentralizing community powers.
The Swiss Cooperation Office's assessment mission team representatives stated that they are ready to contribute to the program's implementation and establishment.
