EU ambassador Vassilis Maragos and ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary of 14 European countries visited Vanadzor today.
Lori Region Governor Aram Ghazaryan, acting head of the Vanadzor community Arkady Peleshyan, and municipal and regional administration officials attended the meeting.
Acting head of the Vanadzor community, Arkady Peleshyan, welcomed the ambassadors in the main square of Vanadzor. He spoke about Vanadzor's successful cooperation with the European Union and individual countries. Arkady Peleshyan especially emphasized the "Alliance for Sustainable and Green Management" program, in which the community had several achievements.
EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos gave a speech about partnership and progress. After the official speeches, the bus ticketing system was shown to the attendees.
