French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotiny published a photo on his X page and wrote:
"More than half of the programs implemented by the World Food Program in Syunik, a strategic and vulnerable region of Armenia, are financed by France. In Armenia, France puts its resources where its beliefs are," he wrote.
