Team Telecom Armenia announces the launch of the company's most extensive network infrastructure and software upgrade program.
The renovation works will start on September 30 at 20:00 and end on October 1 at 15:00. During this period, payments will be unavailable, including through company offices, the My Team application, banking, and third-party services. Limitations may be observed in mobile, landline, and Internet services, as well as in the My Team application.
The upgrade will update the network and server equipment, the software that manages all the other systems in the company, and the customer service process.
This modernization program is implemented to raise the quality of services and maintenance to a new level.
