The Central Bank warns

The RA Central Bureau of Investigation found that fraudsters' recent attempts to obtain personal and bank data have increased.

In particular, fraudsters establish contact with citizens through fake phone calls and various letters, posing as employees of a financial institution. They send links and encourage them to click on the specified link and fill in the necessary personal/banking data, thus gaining access to citizens' financial resources.

We urge you to be vigilant and never take the following steps.

  • Not to provide any personal banking information to anyone

  • Do not access unknown and suspicious links

  • Disable unknown and unexpected verification codes received
