The queuing system for public services provided under the jurisdiction of the Migration and Citizenship Service, migration.e-gov.am, has been relaunched. The electronic queue has been unloaded, and many windows are available for queuing starting today.
At the same time, service is also carried out in a live queue format using tickets provided by the queue machine.
Let's emphasize that priority is given to those who have registered online. Therefore, we urge citizens to register online before coming.
According to the existing backlog, the citizen who approaches without waiting in line evaluates the possibility of service on the given day.
The hybrid model of queue management is implemented in a phased manner. Today, it is fully available in all 11 territorial divisions of Yerevan. In the coming week, it will also be implemented in 19 regional divisions, and by the end of the year, it will be implemented in the entire republic.
