The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan's statement that allegedly on August 15, around 6:10 p.m., the units of the RA Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the southwestern part of the border zone does not correspond to reality, informs the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
"It should be noted that the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia proposed to the staff of the President of Azerbaijan through diplomatic channels to create a bilateral mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire regime violations," the message says.
