France's Ambassador Olivier Decotini posted on his "X" microblog that he congratulated gymnast Artur Davtyan on winning Armenia's first medal at the Olympics.
"Congratulations to gymnast Artur Davtyan, who won Armenia's first medal," said the French ambassador's note.
It should be noted that gymnast Artur Davtyan took 2nd place in the gymnastics tournament at the Paris Olympic Games.
