The wind is south-westerly at 2-5 m/s; during a thunderstorm, wind intensification at a speed of 19-24 m/s is expected. Wind intensification at a speed of 18-23 m/s is scheduled in the evening hours in Armavir, in the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn. The air temperature will gradually decrease by 4-5 degrees during the daytime hours of July 18-20.
In Yerevan, on the night and evening of July 16 and 17, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in separate parts of the city. On July 18-20, short rain and thunder are expected. Wind intensification with a speed of 18-23 m/s is scheduled during the thunderstorm and in the evening.
