The Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia, the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Grigor Elizbaryan, today hosted the delegation led by the Military Prosecutor General of Italy, Maurizio Block, at the Military Prosecutor's Office.
Deputy Prosecutors of the RA, Italian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Alfonso Di Rizzo, RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Italy Tsovinar Hambardzumyan, Prosecutors of the Military Prosecutor's Office, Chief of the Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense Ashot Zakaryan, Head of the RA Department of Civil Defense, Arman Aslanyan, and others took part in the meeting.
RA Military Prosecutor Grigor Elizbaryan welcomed the Italian counterpart. The delegation members headed by the latter thanked him for his visit to Armenia. They discussed a wide range of issues related to cooperation with the Italian partners, referring to the opportunities and perspectives of the development of cooperation.
The RA military prosecutor, among other issues, presented the work and scope of powers of the Military Prosecutor's Office.
Italian Military Prosecutor General Maurizio Block thanked his Armenian counterpart for the hospitality and emphasized the active interaction and exchange of experience between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, a question-and-answer session took place, during which several issues of mutual interest were discussed.
