The head of the Goris community, Arush Arushanyan, received Olivier Decotigny, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic, as reported by the Goris municipality. During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of mutual interest and the prospects of cooperation in the development of Goris.
The Ambassador emphasized the deepening of cooperation with France and expressed hope for implementing new joint projects. Together with the Ambassador, the head of the community toured Vien Park, where large-scale reconstruction works are underway.
Infrastructure modernization and improvement works are being carried out in the park. It is planned to update the paths, green zones, benches, and lighting system of the park.
After the reconstruction, the park will become a favorite recreation spot for citizens, providing new opportunities for a pleasant time. As part of the Ambassador's visit, a concert will be held this evening at the initiative of the French Embassy.
