On June 19, regular Armenian-German intergovernmental consultations on financial and technical cooperation started in Yerevan.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy of RA Narek Hovakimyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Germany Victor Richter, and representatives of state departments and international structures.
A wide range of issues was discussed, including the progress and prospects of implementing existing programs between the two countries, further steps in the direction of expanding bilateral cooperation in sustainable economic development, agriculture, environment and energy, professional education, high technologies, tourism, SMEs support, and several other areas.
